L AGILITY TEST

Description

Cones and a tape measure will be utilized in the set-up of the L agility test. 3 cones will be positioned in the form of an upside-down “L” with 5 yards of spacing. The athlete may choose whatever starting stance he prefers. The stopwatch will start on the athlete’s first movement.   The athlete will perform 5 changes of direction during the course of the L Test. Two attempts will be performed for the L Agility Test
