| SIT AND REACH FLEXIBILITY TEST |

Description The modified sit and reach test will be performed. The testing box will be placed flat against the athlete’s feet. Next, the athlete will place his hands side by side and lean forward slowly as possible while keeping the fingertips level with each other and the legs flat. The full reach position will be held for 2 seconds and a score will be recorded.
