The Top Prospect Athletic Competency Test (TPACT) is an athletic test given to rising high school freshmen through seniors and Junior College.  TPACT specific testing criteria has been years in the making with the assistance of college and pro scouts as well as professional MLB baseball trainers. All tests are conducted by certified TPACT trainers guaranteeing validity of data for scouts.  TPACT allows high school athletes to score themselves against 1000’s of baseball players around the globe in 12 key performance criteria to evaluate throwing velocity, quickness, speed, strength, power, explosiveness, flexibility, and much more to aid scouts.  No other baseball event has more scientific correlation between the skills test and baseball potential   Each prospect has the opportunity to improve in each of these critical areas in order to improve his projectability for success beyond high school baseball.

• The TPACT database is accessed by 1000’s of college and pro scouts looking for players.

• Players have the ability to retest regularly to improve their TPACT score.

• TPACT test results will be in the hands of professional and college scouts alongside other prospects data.   Every prospect has and equal opportunity to be recruited regardless of his location or current team

• Parents are in favor of Top Prospects Combines because of the value equation. They receive the valuable information they want, objective evaluation of prospects current ability and future projectability for a fraction of the time, cost, and travel.

QUESTIONS: DO YOU KNOW?

• Does your son have what it takes to play college or professional baseball?

• Can you answer that question objectively and truthfully?

• Do you have the facts and data to answer that one way or another?

ANSWERS: NOW YOU KNOW!

Don’t count your son out because he does not start on the high school team.  At the same rate, don’t be fooled to think your son is pro potential because he is the star of his high school team.  Learn your athlete’s current ability and future projectability.  Our combine system takes a scientific approach to assessment and provides a comprehensive and objective evaluation based on a battery of twelve athletic performance and baseball specific indicator tests.  Our combines are conducted by a certified trainer with years of experience in the field.  After performing the tests, your player’s ability is registered in percentiles while his projectability is revealed as the percentiles correlate to six levels of play, from Major League Baseball down to the freshmen level in high school.

Top Prospects distinguishes itself from traditional baseball showcases, which are held nationwide by several organizations, in a number of ways . . . .

Top Prospects Combine vs. Traditional Showcases

• Top Prospects Combines consist of 12 objective testing stations that have been proven to be an accurate indicator of baseball performance, while traditional showcases involve games, batting practice and a handful of tests.  These showcases can be revealing but they are very subjective in nature, which can leave a lot in question.

• Top Prospects Combines are executed in a 1-1.5 hour setting with non-stop activity at a cost of $99.  Traditional showcases are customarily held for an entire day or weekend with prices ranging from $299-$599.

• Top Prospects Combines provide a timely objective evaluation once testing is completed as part of the package.  Showcases often provide an evaluation but do require you to pay extra in some cases.  More importantly, if coaches are not present at the showcase, there isn’t nearly as much value.  Meanwhile, Top Prospects sends your testing numbers to a list of all college coaches..
